The first one is a new program that allows obtaining a loan against the transfer of the rental proceeds of units, whether commercial, administrative or for service and calculated as a fixed income for the customer with the easiest procedures and the least documents, where the customer enjoys a distinctive interest, free life insurance throughout the loan period, and a repayment period of up to 8 years. This program is available to owners of administrative, commercial and service units inside Egypt.
The other recently launched product is "Doctors Loan Program" is which provides cash financing and a credit card to achieve the aspirations of this important category of individuals for personal use. This product is specially designed for doctors in-line with the nature and needs of physicians, where the doctor enjoys a distinctive competitive benefit, free life insurance coverage throughout the loan period with the lowest documents, easiest procedures, and longest repayment period.
This comes in support of the leading role played by the bank in the field of retail banking, where the number of its individual customers reached more than 1.6 million customers and the total portfolio of credit facilities for individuals reached more than 48 billion EGP,
