QNB myPOS

QNB myPOS is a digital solution provided to you by QNB to help you transact with us anytime, anywhere using android device (8) and above. The service is available 24/7. It’s a digital solution on your mobile device which allows you to smoothly transact and accept payment from your client.

You can download QNB myPOS app from the Google Play and access the app on Android devices having good internet/wifi connectivity. Need to consider: Disable ‘Developer options’ if it’s activated in the settings, Enable ‘NFC’, Download/Install two applications ‘QNB myPOS’ & ‘QNB myPOS PIN’ from Google store and use only the QNB myPOS. For transaction.

You can receive payment from your client under this solution straight to your bank account same as regular POS payment.

All QNB Qatar-issued credit, debit and prepaid cards are available to be added.

You can refund/void the transaction using the same way of original payment and receipt by using mobile.

After downloading the app, you will be asked to enter the merchant Id and terminal ID in your preferred language. A PIN number will be send by QNB after the successful registration at QNB and that will need your access to start accepting payment instantly. Please Note – the registration is allowed on the “Mobile number registered by accepting the PIN from QNB. In case you need to update details of your mobile number or documents, you need to visit the QNB Grand Hamad branch (merchant service desk for cards and retail payment acceptance department).

You can view all your transactions carried out from your QNB myPOS account here. You can even see the data minimum for past 6 months. And for extra report you may request to the concern team of QNB to support subject to QNB terms.

You can add your profile picture and update at your convenience. You can also change your myPOS PIN applying to QNB as per QNB terms. We advise you to keep your QNB myPOS PIN secret and at your own discretion.

You can accept the payment from your customer by simply typing the amount on the screen for your goods and services with easy and simple way.

Incase of device lost or stolen you need to report to QNB and regenerate the PIN.

You need to contact QNB to regenerate the PIN for you and to be sent to your registered mobile number. Post authentication you would be allowed to enter the app using the new PIN.

PIN received as an SMS on your mobile number will be valid to enter into the app using with terminal ID and merchant ID.

If you change your phone, you still can access your QNB myPOS account using the merchant ID, terminal ID and PIN from the new device (with same login details). And If you have lost your phone, then you will have to call our call center 44407777 or concern team so that we can deactivate your account.

If you change your mobile number, then you should visit QNB dedicated branch to update the mobile number. Once your new number is updated in our records, you can register a new access with the updated mobile number.

Changing your SIM card with the same mobile number will not disrupt access to QNB myPOS app.

You can use QNB myPOS app from any location that is supported by your telecom service provider.

QNB myPOS app is highly secure app does not store any sensitive information or transaction logs on the phone, which makes your experience totally secure. Apart from this QNB have other robust security features built into the app.
