Doha, 7 December 2017 -- QNB Group, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, was the senior lead sponsor of the Euromoney Qatar Conference 2017 held 5-6 December at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Doha.
The conference, titled “Building Innovation: The Financial Future”, is considered a major event in the financial world, bringing together industry leaders from around the globe to discuss pressing global financial issues, especially those relating to Qatar and its economy.
The conference featured a host of prominent speakers, including HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, HE the Minister of Finance Ali Sherif Al-Emadi, HE the Governor of the Qatar Central Bank Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud Al Thani, and QNB Group CEO Ali Ahmed Al-Kuwari.

The Euromoney Qatar Conference is annual event organized by Euromoney magazine, which was created in 1969 to cover the re-emergence of the international cross-border capital markets.
