Doha, 12 January 2016– QNB, the Leading Financial Institution in the Middle East and North Africa, has announced its diamond sponsorship of the International Conference in Emergency Medicine and Public Health-Qatar (ICEP-Q), to be held from 14-18 January at the Qatar National Convention Centre.
Organized in collaboration by the Supreme Council of Health and Hamad Medical Corporation and held under the patronage of H.E. The Minister of Public Health Abdullah bin Khalid al-Qahtani, the conference will be one of the year’s largest gatherings of health professionals in this region, with more than 1000 guests with an interest in emergency care and public health, leadership, practice and research expected to attend.
Emergency medicine plays an important public health role in the management of chronic conditions, injuries and health risks and the delivery of clinical and preventive services. The conference will discuss infectious disease, disaster preparedness, pre-hospital emergency, injury prevention, medical toxicology and many more topics relevant to those with an interest in emergency care.
The event will also include two days of pre-conference workshops, and will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers from a wide spectrum of emergency care and public health organizations located across the world.
