- Loan amount: up to 70 times the salary for nationals (Debt Burden Ratio should not exceed 50%) and up to 6 times salary for expatriates (subject to accumulated end of service benefit/gratuity cap)
- Loan period: up to 10 years for nationals, and 3 years for expatriates
- Competitive interest rates
- Monthly payments not to exceed 50% of the net salary (excluding mortgage loan), and 60% (including mortgage loan)
Requirements
- Assignment of salary to QNB Oman
- Salary certificate from employer (among QNB Oman approved list of employers)
- 6 Month bank statements
- Copy of original national ID/passport
- Copy of Residency Card for non-GCC expatriates
- Life Insurance covering the full Personal Loan duration
