Doha, 29 December, 2014 – QNB, One of the World’s Strongest Banks, has recently recognized the success of employees who have recently completed the English Language Skills Development Programs at Level 1 or 2, at a graduation ceremony hosted by the Human Capital Division. The ceremony was attended by QNB’s Executive Manager of Centers of Excellence, Nada Al Ansari, and other Senior Leadership team members.
As the international language of Banking, English skills are an important consideration for QNB employees to acquire. QNB operates four English Language Skills Development Programs, Levels 1 – 4 and culminates development in this field by recommending exemplary students to attend a Level 5 program, externally, which is accredited by Cambridge University. QNB’s Learning & Development team pride themselves on the quality of the English instruction, employing a unique learning methodology to help employees to start, or progress, a successful career and to become ambassadors for QNB in all their working interactions.

The QNB English Language Skills Development Programs are typically nine week courses, especially designed to develop speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
