Doha, 25 May, 2015 – QNB, One of the World’s Strongest Banks, has celebrated 7 employees who graduated under Qatar Leadership Centre’s National Leaders Program. A ceremony was held at QNB’s Head Office in recognition of the employees’ commitment to enhance their leadership skills and develop their personal and professional abilities.
The graduates were enrolled in one of three National Leaders Programs offered by Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC); ‘Rising Leaders Program’, ‘Executive Leaders Program’, and ‘Government Leaders Program’. These programs, offered to qualified Qatari professionals who work in managerial and executive positions, are designed in partnership with world-class universities and institutions.
The QLC was developed to promote national advancement toward the goals of Qatar’s National Vision 2030 and beyond, which aligns with QNB Group’s vision that aims at supporting human capital development.
