Doha, 20 June, 2010 - QNB Al Islami announced the launch of a new summer campaign offering customers flexibility and additional spending power during the Summer and throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan.
QNB Al Islami provides customers transferring their salaries to the Bank during the campaign period with up to QR30,000 in zero-profit finance, in addition to a 10% cash back gift on the profit of any finance application or liabilities transferred to QNB Al Islami from another bank along with the transfer of the salaried account.
The finance amount of QR30,000 which is awarded to all new salaried account customers can be repaid over 12 months from the date of the first salary transfer which must take place before the end of this campaign which will start on June 20th until the last day of Ramadan.
The 10% cash back gift from QNB Al Islami is the first of its kind among Islamic banks in Qatar as well as conventional banks with Islamic windows.
Finance Transfer customers can benefit from competitive finance fees, flexible repayment terms and grace periods of up to three months, as per the terms and conditions of the Bank.
QNB Al Islami’s new campaign is designed to help customers gain up to QR30,000 in zero profit finance to meet summer expenses, whilst also providing customers with existing finance liabilities the ability to restructure their finance amounts and benefit from the competitive rates and grace periods offered by QNB Al Islami.
Customers opening new salaried accounts at the Bank will also be eligible to apply for a QNB Al Islami Qatar Airways MasterCard which will give them further spending power this summer through the Qmiles earned with every purchase. Qmiles are loyalty points redeemable for flight tickets and upgrades on Qatar Airways.
