Doha, 20 April, 2015 – QNB, “One of the World’s Strongest Banks”, has recently welcomed a batch of new Qatari employees within the group by holding a graduation ceremony for participants of its latest Induction Program.
QNB regularly holds Group Induction Programs for its new Qatari employees for a faster adaptation and integration within the group’s international network.
The latest of such programs witnessed the graduation of a group of employees who completed 12 training modules over a 6 week course, followed by 4 weeks of on-the-job training, a process that enables them get a real time experience and make them part of the bigger team.
QNB will continue its long-standing approach of holding regular induction programs for all new employees, to develop their skills and help identify their capabilities, so that they can excel and realize their full potential.
