Doha, February 2019 – QNB, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, has recently held a graduation ceremony for 139 employees who completed the Leadership Development and Management Development Programs. These programs have been organized by the Bank in collaboration with the renowned international companies Franklin Covey and KPMG..
The 3-month Leadership and Management Development Programs are designed to develop the leadership and management skills of their participants. The courses are delivered using a blended approach that targets the development of the skills and traits necessary to enable participants to achieve their ambitions and career goals.
Part of QNB’s talent management approach for its leaders is to develop the leadership and management competencies necessary to support its expansion and the rapid growth of its operations. The programs are part of this talent management approach as well as the Bank’s Human Capital strategy, which aims to consolidate the status of QNB as the employer of choice in Qatar and across its international footprint.
These programs reflect the importance that QNB attaches to its employees, as well as the great importance it places on the investment in Human Capital, which is an important pillar of its mission towards achieving Qatar National Vision 2030.The development of staff skills is considered one of the most important priorities for QNB Group, as the Bank is constantly striving to enhance the performance of its employees.
