QNB commences the distribution of interim cash dividends to its shareholders for the six months period ended 30 June 2024

Doha, 18 July 2024- the Board of Directors of QNB Group, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, decided on 08 July, 2024 the distribution of interim cash dividends to its eligible shareholders as at the close of trading on 17 July 2024 at QR0.33 per share, equivalent to 33% of the nominal value.
In accordance with the provisions of Article No. 13 of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority’s Board Decision No. (7) of 2023 Concerning Rules of Dividend Distribution in Shareholding Companies Listed on the Financial Markets, Qatar Central Securities Depository Company (EDAA) will, directly transfer the dividends to each shareholder's bank account or to the shareholder’s account at the brokerage company that he deals with, or to the Qatari credit card (Himyan) as per the shareholder’s choice , within the period specified in the aforementioned decision of the Board of Directors of Qatar Financial Markets Authority.

Dividends will be deposited directly into the bank accounts of shareholders who registered their account numbers with EDAA on or before 17 July 2024, within the period specified in the decision of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority. 
As for shareholders who have not registered their account numbers / Himyan Card details, they are urged to provide EDAA with their information via the EDAA website, EDAA application, or through banks that have contracts with EDAA.
