Doha, 2 February 2016 – QNB, a Leading Financial Institution in the Middle East and Africa, has recently held a graduation ceremony to welcome a batch of new Qatari employees who participated in the Bank’s latest Induction Program.
QNB regularly holds Group Induction Programs for its new Qatari employees for a faster adaptation and integration within the Group’s international network.
The latest completed program witnessed the graduation of a group of 13 employees who completed 12 training modules over a 6 week course, followed by 4 weeks of on-the-job training, a process that enables them get a real time experience and make them part of the bigger team.
The successful graduates of this program have received the necessary training and developed the required skills before joining QNB’s branches
QNB will continue its long-standing approach of holding regular induction programs for all new employees to develop their skills and help identify their capabilities, so that they can excel and realize their full potential.
