Your QNB Card Delivered to you

You can now have your QNB Cards delivered to you by simply requesting it from QNB Mobile or Internet Banking by following the below steps: 

REQUEST CARD DELIVERY 

  • Login  to QNB Mobile or Internet Banking 

  • Click on ‘Replace & Renew’, located in ‘Cards’ menu

  • Select the card from the dropdown list that you want to replace/renew and click ‘next’

  • Enter your address on the respective fields on ‘Address Details for Delivery’ (Insure your address is accurate)

  • Select your account on ‘From / Debit Account’ drop down list to apply the Q-Post delivery fees and click ‘next’.

  • Verify / Confirm all information and click ‘next’

  • Enter ‘OTP’ and click ‘Proceed’

  • You will receive an SMS which contains the Reference Number for ease of tracking 

  • You may also select ‘Send Receipt to Registered E-mail’ 

After receiving your card, you may follow one of the methods below to activate the card for use: 

MEHTOD 1 : by SMS

  • Send  a text message to 92777 containing “PIN” then

the first 4 digits and last 4 digits of your card number 
(separated by a space).
Example: PIN 5318 5347 (spaces are required)

  • Upon successful card activation, an SMS will be sent 

to your registered mobile number confirming the 
activation of the card, followed by another SMS with
the card’s temporary PIN.

  • You are requested to change your temporary PIN to a permanent 4 digit PIN by visiting the nearest QNB ATM within 3 days.

METHOD 2: THROUGH QNB MOBILE OR INTERNET BANKING

1. Activate your Card

  • Log in to QNB Mobile or Internet Banking
  • Click on ‘Activate Card’, located in ‘Cards’ menu
  • Select ‘New Card’
  • Select the card you wish to activate from the drop down list
  • Click on ‘Activate’ button, then enter the OTP (One Time Password) you will receive on your registered mobile number.
  1. 2. Setup your PIN
  • Generate a new PIN by clicking on ‘PIN Setup’ located in ‘Card Settings’ under ‘Profile’ menu
  • Select the Card to setup a new PIN
  • Enter the Card expiry date and CVV on the respective fields and click proceed
  • Enter the OTP (One Time Password) you will receive to your registered mobile number and click ‘proceed’
  • Enter new PIN for the Card and Confirm
  • Once a new PIN is generated, please visit any ATM and validate the card by selecting any functions e.g. Balance Inquiry
